Pray for Joe as he returns on the 19th, his aim being to improve sanitation, and establish schools and a medical clinic. There are currently 28,000 in the camp and this number grows daily. Food is in short supply. |

Give thanks that the Christian church in Brazil is growing, despite difficulties and that A Rocha is helping people respond to climate change.
Pray for Malawi where there is widespread corruption in government. This has resulted in a downturn in the economy leading to growing poverty, fuel shortages and power blackouts.

Give thanks for the 150 shoeboxes distributed to the children, plus food parcels in nearby villages.
Pray for good health for the children in the cold weather and that sufficient funds will be obtained to enable CID to continue and expand its work. |

Give thanks for the camp held in Colombia for the children of martyrs: this was much appreciated in helping them cope with trauma.
Pray for the Kachin and Bhamo areas of Burma where government troops have been killing Christians, burning homes and an orphanage and arresting people on false charges. |

Give thanks for the 85 new staff and volunteers who were recently commissioned.
Pray for Hannah as she makes promotional videos for individual YFC centres, helps with conferences and works with an organisation in Norwich providing facilities for young people with learning disabilities |
