Sandbach Baptist Church sees prayer as vital and we seek to encourage everyone to become involved.

Prayer Chain

The prayer chain is SBC's vehicle for passing on prayer requests. Church-goers can tell Bernie their request, and he will decide if it is suitable to be passed on to the prayer chain. Prayer chain members pray over each request.

To receive and make phone calls about prayer requests for you to pray over, contact Bernie at the church office.



Prayer Ministry

The elders of SBC are available to pray with people after the service or during the week.

Sundays at Church

Prayer ministry is available after Sunday morning services in the prayer room (one of the classrooms). The elders are happy to pray with you about anything that is on your heart or mind.

During the week

To pray with someone during the week, contact Jenny at the church office.

Prayer Meetings

Members of SBC come together regularly to pray at Oasis, 36 Green Street, Sandbach, CW11 1GX.

Wednesday Night

Wednesday night prayer meeting is every Wednesday from 7.30 to 9pm. The leader of the meeting usually sets the agenda for prayer. Prayer topics can be church or world focused.

Saturday Breakfast

Saturday prayer breakfast is every Saturday from 8 to 9am. Breakfast is provided, and there is a time of open prayer.

Are always on the third Wednesday of the month,

Prayer Cells

Prayer cells are groups of two or three people who have felt led to come together to pray with each other on a regular basis.

New cells are welcomed and encouraged.
